Great Ocean Front Condo

This is a beautiful waterfront condo in a gated compound with 24-hour security. We have spectacular views of our quiet, unspoiled coquina beach and the ocean beyond. Located in Surf Club II, this spacious condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and we have cable TV and high speed internet. Everything you need is included -- just bring your suitcase! There are lots of on-site amenities, as well as lots to do and see nearby.

Surf Club II boasts a heated ocean-side pool and spa as well as a fishing/boating pier on the Inland Waterway. There is a very well equipped fitness center and lighted tennis courts at your disposal. Miles of bike paths go north and south of the complex, including to nearby parks and protected nature areas.

This unit is beautifully furnished and has a full size washer/dryer.
The master bath has two sinks, a tub and a large separate shower. All
linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom features a kingsize bed, a walk-in closet and a picture window looking out on the ocean. The condo also has cable TV, and wifi for your computer and cell phone.

Activities and Attractions

There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Historic and charming
St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States, is only twenty minutes away, and boasts great historic sites, charming shops, art galleries, and many fine places to eat.
Water sports abound in the area, including surfing, sailboarding, jet
skiing, water skiing, boating, kayaking, fresh water fishing, surf
fishing, and deep sea fishing. Lots of folks just like to go down to the beach, relax or go for a walk, and listen to the waves.

Your golfing options in the area are endless, with many excellent golf courses nearby.
The World Golf Hall of Fame is only 45 minutes north.
We have lighted tennis courts and lots of hiking and biking opportunities. There are nearby state parks to bike or walk in, with fishing, an ornamental garden, nature walks, and even the ruins of an old plantation.

Surf Club II is located on A1A just one mile south of Marineland, where you can swim with dolphins.
Daytona Beach is only 30 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center and Disneyworld are both 90 minutes away.

If relaxing is an activity, this a great place to do it. Take a dip in our heated pool and spa or go down to the beach and listen to the ocean. We have a pier on the Inland Waterway that's a great place to cast a line or just watch the sunset over the adjoining nature preserve.

If you're flying in, Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA) is 30 minutes, Jacksonville's JAX is about 75 minutes away.

Rates and Availability
January through September $4500 per month.
October through December $4000.
Rates are all inclusive.
There is a $250 fee for cleaning and parking,for each rental, and a 12% room tax. All these fees are included in the rental price.
We ask for a fully refundable damage deposit.
